Allsorts in Stroud provide support & activities for children and their families with specific learning & physical challenges, I have been preparing & facilitating workshops for their groups for a couple of years now.
Working with the Youth Group based at the Shrubberies and both the Youth Group and Young adults weekend club at Archway.
We have done a huge range of different crafts over the last couple of years , here are a few examples of some of what we have been up to!
Candle making workshop with me at Julia Davey’s Studio in Bath.
What a fabulous bunch of women, they selected their own blends and came up with some really beautiful combinations. A couple of them made themselves some therapuetic dead sea bathsalts with gorgeous essential oil combinations.
Each of them chose a lovely upcycled teacup for their candle and I designed personalized mini mason jars to commemorate their Hen Party.
I have lots of ideas for Hen Craft & Pamper parties – get in touch and we can arrange something memorable for you.
Perhaps you would like to design your own frangrance for scented candles at your wedding or have them as favours?

I will be selling a range of handmade goods, much of this work will be made from re-purposed materials: homewares and toys accessories from forgotten fabrics, hair accessories from vintage buttons and my signature hand-poured eco soya candles with exquisite scents.
I will be selling some handmade Christmas Gifts including: sleeping bags for toys, cute hair accessories, jewellery, cushions and hand poured Soya Candles. My stall fee goes to support the work or FORS who work tirelessly to provide resources for the school.
Come along and show your support and pick up some unique gifts!
I have now settled into my beautiful new studio at the bottom of my garden at home. It’s been a long process from knocking down the existing shed to flattening the ground and having the shed built.
I think the chore that has been most painstaking was the painting! So many layers of paint inside and out – I’m still not finished but it’s up and running!
The Shed was provided and built by the team at Elcombe Stoves on Bath Road – they also installed a lovely Esse wood burner to keep me and the cat warm and all my papers dry. They offer finance for projects like this – thank goodness!
It’s a peaceful, space with large glass windows and doors so I get lots of light – the floor is painted white and I wonder how long it will stay that way?
